New Patients

Please arrive at your appointment 10 minutes early as there will be some paperwork for you to fill out. This is required in order for us to be able to gain a full history and background of your specific complaint as well as information on your general health. Once you meet Dr Aurelie or Dr Jennifer, you will both go through this form to ascertain any further details that are relevant to the situation.

To be able to diagnose you accurately, you will go through an in depth physical assessment. This will consist of an evaluation of your posture, movement abilities and potentially some specific orthopaedic and neurological tests. While all of this is going on, our Chiropractors will be talking to you about what they are finding and what this means for you. We know that aches and pains can be concerning so we will do our best to put you at ease and let you know what we can do for you. Should there be elements of your health or symptoms that we feel do not come under our scope of practice, we will refer you to your GP or suggest a route for you to take to be able to resolve what’s going on.

After fully learning the cause of your condition and explaining that to you, we will treat you to the best of our abilities per the most up to date clinically researched methods and get you straight onto the path of functional improvement. For further information on our treatment techniques, please go to our Chiropractic Treatment section.
